Psalm 51, 2 Samuel 11-12

We’re nearing the end of Lent, so it’s appropriate that we hear once more Scripture’s most famous confession of sin:

Have mercy on me, O God, according to your steadfast love;
according to your abundant mercy blot out my transgressions.
